Lior Romanowsky

Founder, product and technology leader, and fractional AI & innovation executive — helping leadership teams identify the right opportunities, make better technology decisions, and turn ambitious ideas into products that actually work.

What I help with

  • Define practical AI and innovation strategies
  • Identify where AI creates real business value — and where it doesn't
  • Translate business goals into products, systems, and execution plans
  • Lead product discovery, validation, and technology decisions
  • Build the structure, process, and teams needed to deliver
  • Run complex initiatives from strategy through delivery
  • Help leadership teams evaluate vendors, technologies, investments, and risk
  • Bring in emerging tech without disconnecting innovation from the business

Depending on the organization, I can operate as a Fractional AI Leader, Fractional Chief Innovation Officer, strategic product advisor, or hands-on execution partner. Through Spartans I can also bring in the product, design, engineering, and AI capabilities needed to move from strategy to delivery.

Background

I started building tech ventures as a teenager, and I've spent over a decade in entrepreneurship, product, emerging tech, and company-building. I founded Spartans in 2017 and grew it into an international product and technology company serving startups, scale-ups, and global clients.

I've advised CEOs and leadership teams in Israel and abroad on AI, product, innovation, and technology transformation decisions — usually when the questions aren't yet clear and the noise around the topic is loud.

Ways to work together

  • Executive AI Advisory — Coaching CEOs, boards, and leadership teams on AI adoption, investment, vendors, readiness, and risk.
  • Product & Technology Leadership — Designing new products, validating concepts, defining requirements, and leading cross-functional delivery.
  • AI Readiness Assessment — A hard look at processes, data, products, and capabilities — to find the high-value opportunities that are actually within reach.
  • End-to-end delivery through Spartans — When it's time to build — Spartans brings the product, UX, engineering, and AI to move from strategy to launch.
